  Very disappointing! I have been here multiple times before and sadly will not be coming back. Portions are now small and overpriced. The chips were level with the top of the polystyrene tray and the fish was so thin and small it narrowed in to no more than 1 inch in the middle (Poor filleting).
  
  I mentioned this to the 2 staff serving and stating "these are very small compared to normal for the price" and the young lad said 'Sorry I just work here', I looked at the woman who looked back it me blankly and then turned to the next person and took her order. I found this rather rude.
  
  I had to walk across the way and said could I have them put it in a box to carry it across as I had 3 portions to carry and they did not even give me any paper, they said 35p per box. I replied I have just mentioned the poor portion size compared to the cost and you are now telling me I would have to pay for 2 boxes? to which they replied I only work here. Some customer service!!!
  
  Once you have paid at the start, any complaints you have do not count for anything!! I took them back to my partner to which she agreed was disgusting for 2 fish and chips with a side, 1 chips and a bottle for £17.05. The chips were soggy when we ate them which I could not be bothered to go back and mention because I would not have gotten anywhere. We won’t be going back as we had done previous times.
