- Karl Freebury Review added: 2018.07.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went into the cafe & one of our group was given something he hadn’t ordered, staff refused to change the item even though when the manageress came through she was aware of the error. All 3 members of the staff, 2 from the cafe & the manageress were rude & ignorant. When I asked for copies of the food receipts I was refused also asked for the telephone number for the company at which point I got told “google it” then she just walked away. Avoid like the plague as the staff have some serious lessons to learn about how to deal with customers.
